2. Shipping Costs May vary depending on delivery adress. We offer free shipping for orders over 40€.

4. Delivery Confirmation and Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your package until it arrives.

6. Damaged or Missing Items If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will assist you with claims and potential replacements. Note that we cant take responsibilty for packages that have gone missing.
